Self love and self care is the best medicine a woman can give herself. I will no longer carry the burden of yesterdays or tomorrows past. Nomore wasting my time on unnecessary things or people. My life I value, my time I value, my heart wont allow any damage to it. Keep your bad spirit at the door, I wont welcome no bad energy in my circle or toxic brains to cloud my mind.
