Heartbreak

Agony, pain feeling lost
into a cage I cant escape
My panting through my mouth
He ripped out a piece of me
Something that cant be returned
I gave him the gift of my love
The gift that gave touch
Gave support and all I got
Was nothing just the softness of the pillow
No warmth of his body
No kisses goodnight just wake up to fight
I shouldve never gave into his eyes
The same eyes that made me feel
Paralyzed
I felt like I had no balance
Now it’s all clear to me
That all he wanted was my privacy
